Amit Kashyap is head of Centre for Corporate Law Studies & Asst. Prof of law, Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He post Graduate in Law & Finance from National law University, Jodhpur. He is also Consultant to various firms like cyberra legal services Ahmedabad, IIFS pvt. ltd. Ahmadabad & EEIG-Global Commercial Licence, Europe. He has experience of working in prestigious institutes like GNLU, IIM, Ahmedabad & companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai. He worked as Law Faculty in GNLU & was also Director of Centre for Banking Investment & Taxation in Gujarat national law University.
