Sanjeev Kumar Gupta is currently working as a Clinical Psychologist (Clinician and Researcher) at All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, India. He has completed MPhil in Medical and Social Psychology from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, PhD in Psychology from the University of Mysore and has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Clinical Psychology. His areas of interest include child and adolescent mental health, executive function training, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness meditation, telerehabilitation, stuttering, neurodevelopmental disorders, and cognitive electrophysiology. He has edited one book, contributed two chapters in books and published 15 articles in various national and international peer-reviewed journals. He has chaired scientific sessions and presented several research papers both at national and international conferences. He has also conducted several workshops/symposiums and training programs for professionals, parents and caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Srinivasan Venkatesan is Professor and Head, Department of Clinical Psychology, AIISH, Mysore, Karnataka. He has earlier served at NIMH, Secunderabad-Hyderabad. He has authored 26 books, contributed 24 chapters in books, another 35 varieties of technical literature, and published 135 research papers, served as resource person for workshops for different target groups. He has completed projects through collaboration with national/international agencies, guided students for Ph.D., been on editorial board for journals and peer-reviewed research articles, presented papers in conferences and served as an examiner for adjudication of doctoral theses. Consistently a first class and university rank holder from school to pre-doctoral courses at NIMHANS, Bangalore, 1987; he was awarded the doctorate in 1993. A Fellow of the Society for Advanced Studies in Medical Sciences, New Delhi, in psychiatry, he was decorated with Gold Medal by the former President of India, Sri Giani Zail Singh in 1994; NN Sen Memorial Award for ‘Best Research Paper’ by Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists in 2002; ‘Psycho Oration Award’ in January 2009, and Prof. Anima Sen Memorial Award in 2012.
S. P. Goswami holds PhD in Speech and Hearing and also PGDHRM and MBA in Health Care Management. He is the first Speech and Hearing professional to receive the prestigious CV Raman fellowship from UGC, Government of India as Visiting Scholar at College of Applied Health Sciences, Department of Speech & Hearing Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign under CV Raman fellowship, UGC, GOI, New Delhi (August, 2013 to July, 2014). Presently he is working as Professor and Head Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Academic coordinator and formerly worked as Head Department of Clinical Services, Speech-Language Pathology at AIISH, Mysore. He has more than 18 years of academic, clinical, research and administrative experience. He works in the area of Aphasia, ageing and neuro-cognitive communication disorders in adults and elderly. He has published more than 31 research articles in national and international journals, 20 in-house publication and 19 Books/chapters/tools/tests with ISBN numbers. Two candidates have been awarded PhD and four are presently pursuing their doctorate program under his guidance.
Rajeev Kumar, Doctoral Researcher at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, availed prestigious Senior Research Fellowship of University Grant Commission, New Delhi. Hold MSW from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and M.Phil from Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. Major areas of interest are psychotherapeutic interventions, substance use, mental health and community-epidemiological aspect of HIV/AIDS, children mental health and protection issues and community health issues. Having publications in national and international journals including Taylor and Francis publication group. Mr. Kumar is a member of reviewer board in journals of Sage Publication and Elsevier publication. Mr. Kumar delivered several invited lectures in various state level training programs, and have taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate level at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Currently teaching as adjunct faculty at Department of Rural Development and Management, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekanand Universtiy, Ranchi. As a national level master trainer, Mr. Kumar conducted nine week-long training in Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Sikkim states for ongoing multi collaborative National Drug Use Survey sponsored by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi. Mr. Kumar has presented several research papers at national and international fora, including International Congress of Psychology, Yokohama, Japan.
