Precisely in the light of stable perspectives in countertrend of interest between the exponential increase in literary production on the theme of the pedagogical game, constant interest relating to companies and flattening towards the issues of disability, this book aims to stimulate the academic world and the one of practitioners to inclusive perspective analyzing business environment (public and private), verifying that the game as a pedagogical action can define at organizational level an outcome of value in terms not of cosmetic CSR, but self-generating value for the organization itself and externally for the tangible society, as well as guaranteeing well-being and reduction of inequalities (as prescribed by the SDGs). In this way, promoting an inclusive society, starting from organizations (public and private) as dimensions of social aggregation should be considered the bearer of sustainable modernity and the future.
