Editor/Author Biographies
Lee Chao is currently a Professor of Math and Computer Science in the school of Arts and Sciences at University of Houston – Victoria, USA. He received his Ph. D. from the University of Wyoming, USA, and he is certified as Oracle Certified Professional and Microsoft Solution Developer. His current research interests are data analysis and technology-based teaching. Dr. Chao is also the author of over a dozen of research articles in data analysis and math modeling, and books in the development of computer labs and database systems.
